First Steps
Rather than starting with a defined prototype, our first steps in developing the ICe EDGE RS6000 focused on a rudimentary, experimental setup , as seen in the image. Using a basic structure with skis and an adapted track, we evaluated essential elements such as engine power , battery life, and the type of traction needed. This hands-on approach allowed us to experiment directly and efficiently, laying the groundwork for a more advanced and optimized design.
Initial Prototype
Moving forward, our goal was to create an agile and robust vehicle , with a powerful engine and a wide-reaching track to provide the necessary stability on snowy terrain. Initial tests with this rudimentary configuration were key to identifying areas for improvement and defining the elements that would allow the ICe EDGE RS6000 to become an ecological, economical and comfortable option for mobility in the snow. This stage was fundamental on the way to a final design with multiple possibilities of use.
Following the first prototype, we developed the next version based on the identified needs. We focused on increasing power and stability to achieve optimal performance in the snow . To do this, we installed even more powerful motors and a higher capacity battery, optimizing the strength and autonomy of the future ICE EDGE RS6000. In addition, we slightly widened the track, thus improving stability and safety in handling.
We continue to advance in the improvement of the ICe EDGE RS6000 electric snow scooter
After completing the first tests with the initial prototypes, we designed what we considered could be the final version. However, we still identified areas for improvement: although the model was already beginning to offer the desired power, we needed to optimize stability, grip and suspensions. These adjustments brought us closer to the ICE EDGE we had in mind.
We were very close to achieving the desired results. Despite having made significant progress in power, an efficient battery and good overall performance, we still needed to improve the stability of the scooter. Therefore, it was crucial to put special emphasis on the design of the front end to ensure that it was as safe and stable as possible.
Bottom line
After a process of research, exhaustive testing and continuous improvements, we present the final model of the ICe EDGE RS6000 , our electric snow scooter. This final design integrates advanced technology and a robust construction, designed to offer an agile, safe and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The ICe EDGE RS6000 features a powerful rear track , designed for superior traction on snowy terrain, and an optimized suspension system that allows for a stable and smooth ride.
